Policies / Terms
Terms of Use
These terms describe the public website, digital-product boundaries, buyer access, and support process.
Site usage
Use the website lawfully, provide accurate information when support requires it, and do not interfere with its security, availability, or operation. Archive pages are for discovery and metadata reference.
Digital products and compatibility
Digital products, licenses, and keys are title-specific. Before any future purchase, the buyer must review the stated edition, platform, and region requirements. Availability may vary by those attributes, and no inventory or instant-delivery claim is made unless the site expressly shows verified availability.
Payment and fulfillment
Payment is required before fulfillment. A contact message is not a payment, checkout completion, or paid Order. When a supported transaction is available, the Order may require processing and fulfillment before a key can be revealed in My Orders.
Buyer accounts and My Orders
Buyer accounts are intended to provide owner-scoped access to eligible Orders and fulfillment details. Keep access credentials and verification codes private. My Orders is the intended place for a fulfilled digital key; email is not the sole delivery channel.
Fraud, abuse, and fulfillment
Fraudulent activity, abuse of payment or account systems, chargeback misuse, attempts to bypass ownership checks, and unauthorized access may result in refusal, suspension, cancellation, or referral to appropriate authorities. Fulfillment may be delayed, corrected, or unavailable when a title, edition, platform, region, payment, or supplier record cannot be verified.
Refunds, intellectual property, and support
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Site presentation, software, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and metadata are presented for identification and discovery only; no official affiliation is claimed. Support is available via support@avasinclair.pro.
Reasonable limitations and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the website and availability information are provided subject to reasonable limitations for interruptions, inaccurate third-party information, compatibility outside the stated requirements, and events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies for fraud, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
